This welcome guide will help you settle into the guest house and enjoy its comforts, learn about the rules of coexistence and explore some tourist attractions.
♦ Equipments and services
As a welcome detail, we have left you water and chocolates in your room. We hope you like them!
During your stay, you will have 3 keys and a card. The keys are to the gateway, the front door and your room. In order to have light in the room, you have to insert the card in the slot that you will find as soon as you open the door of your room.
You can see the room number on the front of the card and the Wi-Fi and password on the back.
To turn on the heating you just have to raise the temperature on the thermostat behind the bedroom door. If it does not light up, check that the radiators are open. Please make responsible use of the heating and do not turn it on if you have the windows open or leave it on all day if you are going to be outside.
You can find one blanket per bed in the closet.
The bathroom has towels, sink and shower, hand soap and shower gel. Also there is a trash can.
In the guest house there is a common room where you will find a microwave, kettle, crockery, cutlery and a coin operated coffee machine. In addition to this there is a fridge for common use. Bear in mind that we are not responsible if something is missing from it or if the cleaning service throws away a product that they consider to be in poor condition.
If you use the utensils, leave them clean and tidy. Leave the room as you would like to find it.
♦ Coexistence rules
We remind you that once you make the reservation, you accept the following terms and conditions:
» Smoking is prohibited both in the guest house and in the rooms. Otherwise, a cleaning and deodorization fee of € 150 will be applied to the guarantee credit card during the stay or after check-out without exceptions or prior notice. Smoking is only allowed on the terraces (the common room has 2).
» Pets are NOT allowed.
» You can enter and leave the guest house whenever you want, however, you must carry the keys with you until the end of your stay.
» The cleaning of the rooms is done every other day. If you need towels, toilet paper or anything else, you can request it from the cleaning staff or by sending us a message.
» The loss of keys costs € 30.
» Parties and loud music are NOT allowed. You must respect the resting time of the other guests, so it is requested that between 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. no noise is made or the common room is used.
» Early Check In and Late Check Out will be allowed as long as the establishment has availability, otherwise the entry and leaving times will be respected.
» Early Check In between 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm. 50% of the daily rate will be charged.
» Late Check Out until 6:00 p.m. 50% of the daily rate will be charged, and after 6:00 p.m. the full rate will be charged.
» In the case of Late Check Out without prior authorization from the establishment, € 20 per hour will be charged.
» In case of any damage or that the room is not in correct cleaning conditions, the amount corresponding to the repair of the damage and/or a cleaning bonus will be charged on the warranty card.
» The client is responsible for the goods and personal objects that they deposit in the room during the stay.
» Once a reservation is made, that is considered as acceptance of terms and conditions by the guest.
» We inform you that we have security cameras both in corridors and in common areas for everyone’s safety.
